SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Kaliston Art, we are dedicated to making sure that your order arrives as safely and as soon as possible.
Our delivery options and costs vary depending on the location of the delivery address specified on checkout.
All purchases will be delivered and beautifully wrapped in Kaliston Art’s signature packaging.
GREECE DELIVERY
We offer an Express Delivery to any address within Greece, free of cost. This Express service is a 1-3 working days service.
EU & SWITZERLAND – ICELAND – NORWAY DELIVERY
We offer an European Express Delivery service for delivery to countries in the EU and Switzerland, Iceland and Norway, which costs 29 euros. This Express service is a 1-5 working days service.
We also offer a European Standard Delivery service for delivery to countries in the EU and Switzerland, Iceland and Norway, which costs 15 euros and can take 2 – 7 working days to arrive.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
We offer an International Express Delivery service for delivery to countries all over the world, which costs 34 euros. This Express service is a 1-5 working days service.
We also offer a International Standard Delivery service for delivery to countries all over the world, which costs 18 euros and can take 2 – 10 working days to arrive.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We are unable to redirect your order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
TRACKING MY ORDER
On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped.
Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at sales@kalistonart.com where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.
INSURANCE
We insure each purchase from dispatch and during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, Chalikiopoulou Anastasia (Kaliston Art) cannot be held responsible.
TAXES & DUTIES
If you order items for delivery outside of the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Chalikiopoulou Anastasia (Kaliston Art) to you.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. You are considered the importer of record for the items you order through our website and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Chalikiopoulou Anastasia (Kaliston Art) is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
RESTRICTIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to have the shipment redirected to an alternative address.
